My experience at Grand Hotel Elizabeth was incredibly disappointing as I arrived only to find the doors locked and no hotel staff available. I was forced to book another hotel, losing my money in the process. On the other hand, my stay at the other hotel, where I spent one night, was wonderful. It was a modern facility with a comfortable atmosphere and very helpful staff. Even though the breakfast could use some improvement, the hotel overall provided great value for my money.
